The Data Protection Act 1998

LPG Provida takes its responsibilities regarding the protection of personal data very seriously.

Any personal data that you may be asked to provide, either during the purchase of a product or subscribing to the LPG Provida newsletter, will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

LPG Provida does not sell, rent or trade personal data. Furthermore, personal data is disclosed to third parties solely for the purposes of completing a web-based financial transaction, or when we are legally obliged to disclose the information.

The Information Commissioner enforces and oversees the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

LPG Provida has to notify the Information Commissioner of the types of personal data we process, what purposes we use it for, and with whom we share it.
